A man wanted for armed robbery was arrested by the Eastern Pennsylvania U.S. Marshals’ Fugitive Task Force Thursday morning in Levittown.
Troy Elliot Keys Jr., 19, was arrested on a Bristol Township warrant for charges for robbery of a motor vehicle, conspiracy to commit robbery, theft, intimidate a victim, terroristic threats, simple assault, and receiving stolen property connected to an alleged August 2 incident in the township, according to court papers and law enforcement.

Police allege that Keys pulled a gun and robbed an 18-year-old man of a “large amount” of cash in the 5300 block of Foster Avenue.
On Thursday around 9:15 a.m. at the Foxwood Manor Apartments on Veterans Highway in Middletown Township’s Levittown section, members of the task force moved in with the Bucks County Sheriff’s Office, Bucks County Detectives, Bristol Township police, and Middletown Township police. They surrounded the apartment after determining Keys and a woman were inside, a statement from the U.S. Marshals Service said.
As law enforcement officials knocked and announced their presence, Keys reportedly jumped out of a window and tried to flee. He was detained by deputies from the sheriff’s office.

Keys was arraigned on his warrant at 1 p.m. by District Judge Kevin Wagner and remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10 percent of $300,000 bail.
