A Middletown Township man has been accused of false imprisonment and assault.
A woman walked into the Middletown Township police station last Saturday to report an alleged incident that happened earlier. The Bristol Township woman said that Dylan James Robison, 19, held her against her will and assaulted her, according to court papers.

The woman told an officer that Robison picked her up Friday evening at her home and went to his residence on Green Meadow Drive. While the woman was attempting to sleep, she claimed that Robison climbed on top of her and held her down as she struggled to get away. He also pulled her shirt and bra off as she screamed for help. The man’s forearm ended up on the woman’s neck and she was unable to breath. He then held her arms and slapped her in the face, according to police.
The woman reported that she ended up sideways on the bed with her head hanging off the side. At that point, Robison placed a pillow over her face and she was unable to breathe, police said.
In court papers, police said the woman told them the incident lasted for several hours and she sustained bruising.

Robison was taken into custody late Saturday afternoon, police said.
During an interview at the police station, Robinson admitted to restraining the woman, strangling her with his arm, and using a pillow to restrain her. He also admitted to holding the woman on the bed from 2 a.m. to 5 a.m. Saturday.

Robison was charged with false imprisonment, unlawful restraint/involuntary servitude, aggravated assault, strangulation, harassment, and simple assault. He was arraigned Saturday night before on-call District Judge Gary Gambardella and held on 10 percent of $700,000 bail.
