Charges have been lodged against a man who allegedly fled police.
Mark Steven Scallorn, 38, of Bensalem, has been charged with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and eight summary traffic offenses. While a warrant has been issued for him, he has not yet been arraigned, according to Penndel Borough police and a court docket.

Penndel Borough said they observed a man next to a motorcycle at Eastbrook and Monroe Avenue on the evening of Wednesday, July 29. He appeared to be repairing the motorcycle. Previously, offices watched the motorcycle drive along Lincoln Highway.
The man with the motorcycle was identified was Scallorn. He was found not to have a motorcycle license and his driving privileges were suspended, police said.
Officers attempted to talk with Scallorn and he jumped on the motorcycle and fled, police said.

Borough officers briefly chased the motorcycle before calling off the pursuit, police said.
“During the brief chase, officers observed multiple other traffic violations,” police said.
