“Little did we know that a random Thursday in March would be our last day of high school ever. We all grow up thinking life is structured and will go as planned. And for most of the time, that is true,” Class of 2020 Vice President Miranda Horton said.
Class members Gina Sexton and Rachel Banks thanked the high school staff, their peers, and families for support through their time in school.
Valedictorian Alexandria Ziegler said that no one expected the school year to be disrupted in the way it was and the cancellation of so many end-of-year events. However, students made the best of it.
