Bristol Township officers and an ambulance were called to Ivy Hill Road in the Levittown section on April 29 around 1:45 a.m. for a medical call. The 7-month-old girl was having possible seizures in the home, court papers stated.

The girl was taken to St. Mary Medical Center in Middletown and transported to St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia later in the day, police said.

Medical records reviewed by police stated that a comprehensive toxicology screen detected meth in the girl’s system, according to court documents.

In May, a detective spoke with Rizzo about the incident. She said she is the girl’s primary caretaker and was leading up to the medical call. Rizzo relayed that she snorted two $20 bags of meth in her bedroom while caring for the girl, police said.

Rizzo’s bail was set at 10 percent of $150,000. The woman was transported to county lockup by constables.
