The Burlington County Bridge Commission announced the closures are part of a project to replace nearly 500 feet of bridge roadway deck.

The work will take place around-the-clock, but the contractor will work to minimize noise “as much as possible,” according to a notice from the Burlington County Bridge Commission.

The Burlington-Bristol Bridge was opened in 1931 and is 2,300 feet long.
