A new doughnut shop is coming to Middletown Township.
In recent weeks, Duck Donuts has been posted on Facebook that they plan to open in the coming weeks in the Langhorne Square Shopping Center on East Lincoln Highway.

The franchise spot is known for their made-to-order doughnut combinations that may include adding bacon, a number of special drizzles, shredded coconut, and other unexpected combinations. In addition, the doughnut shop will offer drinks, coffee, traditional-style doughnuts, and other food items.
Duck Donuts will fill the closed Muscle Maker Grill, a chain focused on serving up healthy food, location that previous to that was held by Firehouse Subs.
Photos posted on social media show the build out of the doughnut shop is well underway.

Duck Donuts started in 2007 in Duck, North Carolina, and it grew from there. The company, which is based in Mechanicsburg in Cumberland County, has franchises largely along the East Coast but also has a few locations in the Mid-West and West Coast.
