A meal preparation company is expanding to Falls Township.
The Falls Township Board of Supervisors unanimously approved Home Food Services, also known as Agostino Foods, operating a warehousing distribution and storage facility for fresh and frozen meats at 12 Headley Place, an existing commercial building, in the Fallsington section.

Home Food Services, which has been in operation for more than 100 years, cooks and packages the meats at an existing facility in Bristol Borough. The new facility, which will operate from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., will store the meats after they are packaged, said John Passanante, who is part of the fourth-generation business.
Aside from the storage, the company plans to build out office space in the building.
The new location will have five office staff and five production staff, Passanante said.

Home Food Services partners with Hello Fresh to prepare meats for their meal kit customers and is working to court additional business partners.
“Everybody falls in love with the convenience,” he said. “Having a fully cooked protein ready to go is a piece of staying ahead of that.”

Passanante said the new facility in Falls Township will position the business for the future.
The facility will be USDA inspected.
