A Bristol Township man has been accused of possessing and uploading child pornography.
Robert Thomas Laird, 46, was arraigned this week on charges of child pornography, disseminating photo/film of a child sex act, criminal use of a communication facility, small amount of marijuana, and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to an affidavit of probable cause filed by Pennsylvania State Police, Laird uploaded numerous files of child porn through a number of online accounts between November 27, 2018 and August 5, 2019.
A search warrant reviewed by LevittownNow.com showed troopers collected an iPhone, laptop, desktop computer, tablet, glass jar with suspected marijuana, and a metal grinder from Laird’s home on Hollyhock Lane in Levittown last fall.
State police said an online data storage company reported to authorities that their system was being used to upload suspected child pornography. A Delaware County detective subpoenaed information on the IP address associated with the files and linked them to Laird’s home. A state police trooper assigned to a computer crimes task force took over the investigation.

“Robert remains cloaked in the presumption of innocence and we look forward to clearing his name,” said attorney Paul Lang, who is presenting Laird.
Laird was arraigned before District Judge Robert Wagner Jr. and released on $100,000 unsecured bail.
