Students at Neshaminy High School will be staging their production of “Matilda the Musical” over the coming days.

The Middletown high school’s performance is a musical version of Roald Dahl’s “Matilda” children’s novel that features a school girl with special powers. Matilda bonds with her teacher and has to deal with her school’s headmistress and her peers. The book was adapted into a 1996 film directed by Danny DeVito.

The students will be performing “Matilda the Musical” Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings with shows on Saturday and Sunday afternoons at the Theodore Kloos Auditorium at the high school. Tickets are available for purchase online for $10 and $12 at the door.
