A Bristol Township man is facing charges after a drug investigation by Middletown police.
Charges filed against Adrian Eugene Thompson, 28, allege that he sold suspected heroin to a police informant in mid-January. The deal took place in the unit block of Mill Bend Road in Bristol Township, according to court papers.

A second transaction involving suspected heroin took place between Thompson and an informant a week after the first buy, police said.
Thompson was arraigned recently on two counts each of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver; criminal use of a communication facility; possession of a controlled substance; and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arraigned and jailed in lieu of 10 percent of $200,000 bail.
In 2016, Thompson pleaded guilty to drug offenses, resisting arrest, firearms not to be carried without a license, and several driving related offences in connection with a 2015 traffic stop at the intersection of New Falls Road and Veterans Highway in Middletown. He received prison time in that case and served probation for a 2015 Bensalem drug case. Thompson served prison time for a 2010 Bensalem robbery, according to court dockets.
