Multiple police agencies were on the scene of a standoff near the intersection of Gillam Avenue and Hulmeville Road in Middletown.
The situation started mid-Thursday afternoon and a SWAT team was called after 2:30 p.m.

A county command post and armored truck were called to the scene.
