Mason Spencer, 3, received a new kidney over the holiday season during a transplant procedure at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. The kidney came from family friend Allison Marietta, 37, according to a 6abc report.
In the TV package, Mason told Marietta: “Thank you for my kidney.”
