A Bristol Township man has been accused of masturbating inside a pizza shop.

Last Friday afternoon, Bristol Township police were called to John Lucas Pizza on Bristol-Emilie Road in Levittown for a report of a man who was “touching himself” in the shop. The man was no longer at the shop when an officer arrived, but a video was provided to an officer and shared via email with members of the patrol division, police said.

On Friday evening, officers were called back to the pizza shop for a report of a man “jerking off.”

Officers found Ventura-Torres outside of the shop and an officer recognized him as the man from the earlier incident, police said.

The owner of the business said the man came into the shop ordered food, sat down near the owner’s kids, who were ages 9 and 11, and began masturbating while staring at the kids, police said.

The business owner said he did not witness the incident but was alerted to it by the 11-year-old daughter. He reviewed surveillance video and showed it to police, according to authorities.

The video, according to police, appears to show Ventura-Torres touching his groin area and rapidly moving his hands up and down before wiping his hands.
