A Philadelphia man is set to be sentenced in the new year for indecent assault and robbery.
Earlier this month, Kyle Lamar Black, 20, was found guilty by a jury of robbery, conspiracy, burglary, indecent assault by forcible compulsion, terroristic threats, receiving stolen property, theft, simple assault, and several offenses. The jury found him not guilty of rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, and sexual assault.

Black was accused of attacking a 15-year-old girl in Bristol Township’s Venice Ashby neighborhood in May 2018. He allegedly indecently assaulted the girl and took her iPhone 8 at gunpoint.
Court papers stated that Black showed up at the girl’s home with several other people.
A 17-year-old Philadelphia girl was charged in the case. She was charged as an adult, but the charges later changed to juvenile charges.

Black and the 17-year-old attacker were identified through their Instagram profiles, police said.
