Bristol Man Arrested For Burglary, Stalking

A 22-year-old Bristol man was arrested for attempting to enter the home of a woman he was stalking, according to authorities.

Oleg Kravets was arrested Saturday around 11:30 a.m. in Northampton Township. At the time of his arrest, he was being investigated for a series of alleged incidents where he stalked and harassed a 20-year-old Northampton woman, police said.

On Saturday morning, the woman spotted Kravets arrive and he attempted to enter her home by working to access the keyless locking system on the front door. The woman heard the door handle being manipulated and someone attempting to force entry, police said.

Officers arrived to find Kravets on the property, police said.

Kravets was arraigned Saturday afternoon on charges by burglary, defiant trespass, stalking, and harassment by on-call District Judge Jean Seaman. He was sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10 percent of $200,000 bail.
