Trespassing

A 40-year-old Bristol Borough man was arrested on charges of Criminal Trespass, False Identification To Law Enforcement, and Flight To Avoid Apprehension in the 2000 block of Foster Avenue at 10:11 a.m. He also had a state police warrant out. He was arraigned and remanded to the county prison.

Arrest

A 24-year-old Bristol Township was arrested on a Burlington County, New Jersey, warrant in the 5000 block of Route 13 at 3:26 p.m. He was arraigned and bail was set at $100,000 cash.

Simple Assault

A 22-year-old Bristol Township man was arrested on charges of Simple Assault and Harassment on River Road. He was arraigned and bail was set at $25,000 unsecured.

Theft From Vehicle

A license plate was stolen from a 2003 Honda in the 100 block of Kenwood Drive recently.

Vandalism

Between October 11 and October 15, the two front tires on a 2013 Isuzu work truck were slashed. The damage was valued at $800.

October 16

Arrest

A 35-year-old Pennsauken, New Jersey, man was arrested on a Bristol Township warrant on Bath Road at 1:24 p.m. He was arraigned and bail was set at $1,000 unsecured.

Arrest

A 34-year-old Bristol Borough man was arrested on two active warrants – one out of Philadelphia and one out of Bucks County – along Bath Road at 3:36 p.m. He was released to the custody of sheriff’s deputies.

Theft From Vehicle 

Over the past day, several miscellaneous tools and a tool bag were taken from a 2018 Ford utility truck and a 2019 Ford utility truck in the 1200 block of Hayes Boulevard at 8:52 a.m. The value of the theft was $5,429.

Stolen Vehicle

Overnight, a silver 2006 Ford Explorer was stolen from the 900 block of Dolores Lane.

Stolen Vehicle

A motorcycle, a helmet, and gloves were stolen from a shed in the 600 block of Rosa Avenue overnight.
