A New Jersey man has been charged with indecent assault without consent, according to court records.
The 23-year-old Trenton man was arraigned last week before on-call District Judge John Kelly and released on $20,000 unsecured bail.

According to Penndel Borough police, officers were called in June for a report of potential abuse at the Mill Creek Village Apartments off East Lincoln Highway. They spoke with a girl, who was nervous, and said there was not a problem.
In July, authorities interviewed the girl and she alleged that the man, who she knew, touched her inappropriately “multiple times” over the past three years. The girl said she has attempted to fight them off on some occasions. She further detailed incidents where she was made to sit on his lap, fondled, and had push him out of the bathroom, police said.
The man was interviewed in Trenton. He admitted he wrestled with the girl and that he had made contact with her, but said he didn’t think he acted inappropriately. He further stated the thought the girl was blowing things out of proportion, but not lying.
