According to police, a Falls Township corporal was dispatched to the area of Pinewood Drive and Post Lane in Levittown last Friday around 3:25 p.m. for a reported of disorderly conduct. Upon arrival, a Pennsbury bus driver reported Velez entered the bus after it dropped the 45 year old man’s daughter off. He was yelling profanities and threats at the driver and threw the driver’s paperwork down the aisle of the bus before leaving.
The driver said Velez was upset because he requested his daughter to put her phone away while she was on the way home from school. After she failed to, the driver made the girl sit in the front, police said.
Velez talked with an officer and he boarded the bus because he felt his daughter was being treated unjustly, police said.
