When SWAT officers descended on a Bristol Township office building Wednesday morning, it was to grab a northern New Jersey man wanted for weapons offenses and attempted murder.
Josue Orellana, 18, was arrested in the second floor of the Five Points Professional Building, which includes a first-floor shopping center on Woerner Avenue in the Levittown section next to Acme, shortly before 8 a.m. Wednesday. Bristol Township police, SWAT officers from surrounding agencies, and Bergen County, New Jersey, detectives took part in the arrest.

At the same time the Bristol Township raid was taking place, a New Jersey SWAT team was executing a search warrant on Orellana’s home in West New York, which is in New Jersey, according to the Cliffside Park-Edgewater Daily Voice.
Orellana was part of a group of gang members who chased down a 24-year-old man and shot him during a dispute over drugs in Cliffside Park in northern New Jersey in August. The man who was shot survived, the Daily Voice reported.

In speaking with bystanders, LevittownNow.com learned that officers entered the building, which includes shops, offices, and residences heavily armed. They ended up taking Orellana out in custody and left shortly after. About an only later, a patrol car and a detective’s vehicle remained parked outside the building just off New Falls Road.

Ironically, the U.S. Marshal Service and Bucks County Sheriff’s Office conducted a similar raid around the same time and a few miles down New Falls Road in Falls Township for a subject wanted on warrant, including for an aggravated assault case. The Falls Township raid was not connected to the one in Bristol Township.
According to court papers, Orellana was held in Bucks County on a fugitive from justice charge until he could be extricated to New Jersey.
