The body found behind the Brittany Springs Apartments Thursday belonged to a missing Middletown man, according to police.
William Audria, whose age was not provided, of Middletown’s Levittown section, was identified Friday as the man found in the wooded area behind the apartments off Bristol-Oxford Valley Road around 2 p.m. Thursday.

Detectives were aware Audria was missing out of Middletown and realized his description matched, police said.
There were no signs of foul play, but the investigation continues, police said.
Audria’s car and personal belongings were found in the apartment complex, police said.

A person using the woods as a cut through found the remains.
A final ruling on the death by the coroner’s office is pending toxicology results.
