According to court papers, Bristol Township police were sent to the 2400 block of Airacobra Street in the Bloomsdale-Fleetwing section for a break-in report on Tuesday, July 23 around 3:15 p.m.
The resident of the home reported that she was inside with her 4-year-old nephew when Moore arrived. She shouted that he was not to come in, but he began kicking the door, police said.
While the resident was filming the kicks to the door with her phone, Moore ended up busting as he held a small handgun and demanding $1,000, police said.

The female resident fled upstairs and dialed 9-1-1 while Moore attempted to grab the phone. The call for help disconnected two times before he fled, police said.
A witness said she saw Moore running across the side yard while carrying an object in his hand and a backpack, police said.

Officers were allegedly speaking with the resident when Moore called and said that he “will make it worse” if law enforcement gets involved. He also reportedly said he would “make a mess before he goes back to jail” and if he “goes to jail that somebody is going to die.”
Moore was sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility unable to post 10 percent of $150,000 bail.
