Contractor Moving Business, Jobs To Middletown, Governor’s Office Says

A residential and commercial contracting company is moving from Lower Southampton to Middletown.

According to Gov. Tom Wolf’s office, theย Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority authorized aย $400,000, 15-year loan at a 2 percent reset rate through the Bucks County Economic Development Corporation forย Remodeling Concepts LLC to relocate to purchase a new facility in Middletown. The loan will also go toward renovating the building.

The company, which is located on West Maple Avenue in Lower Southampton, is expected to bring 21 existing jobs to the township and add four full-time positions over the next three years.

The loan was one of three approved by the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority recently. The three loans are expected to create and keep 105 jobs in the state.
