The Pennsylvania Turnpike eastbound will closed early Sunday morning.
In a statement, Turnpike officials said that the interstate will close its eastbound lanes between midnight and 6 a.m. from the Bensalem Interchange to the I-95 connector and Bristol Township exit.

The closure is needed so crews can install a new bridge beams in Bensalem.
Here is the detour:
Exit at Bensalem Interchange, Exit 351 and follow Route 1 south. Stay right onto North Roosevelt Boulevard to exit for State Route 63 east/Woodhaven Road to exit for I-95 north towards Trenton. Continue travelling on I-95 north towards New York to reenter the PA Turnpike.
Pennsylvania State Police troopers and Turnpike staff will be positioned in the area to assist drivers.
