The Bristol Township Zoning Hearing Board approved variances for a proposed cul-de-sac that would feature five homes.
Developer Tadeusz Dlugi still needs land development approval, but he aims to build five single-family homes on five properties in the 1600 block of Grieb Avenue off Edgely Road.

The land has been zoned residential.
Dlugi said he plans to live in one of the homes, his daughter would live in another, and he plans to either rent or sell the other three dwellings. He also plans to install sidewalks in the neighborhood that does not presently feature them.
Neighbors who spoke up at the meeting earlier this week welcomed their new neighbor.

Zoners also approved variances so Robern, a company that manufactures vanities and cabinets, can build an addition to their facility at 701 North Wilson Avenue. The company is owned by Kohler and plans to bring additional jobs to the township.
