Police are investigating after a man was spotted masturbating at Falls Township Community Park.
The man was seen in Phase Two section (the path near Penn Valley Road) of the park on a bench recently, police said.

He has been described by police as a black male who was wearing a dark-colored T-shirt, dark shorts, and a dark-colored winter cap. Witnesses reported seeing him ride a black mountain bicycle.
Anyone who spots the suspect has been asked to contact police right away.
