Bristol Township police alleged in court papers that a woman said she was raped by Hernandez at a home on Goodturn Road in Levittown last August after saying “no” to his advances. The woman said she had taken acid hours before and Hernandez was sober.
During the course of the investigation that began last summer, another woman came forward and claimed that Hernandez raped her in August 2017.
According to court papers, the woman said two weeks before the start of their senior year in high school she was hanging out with Hernandez. The then-18-year-old Hernandez allegedly pushed her against a fenced and raped her at a location near Pond Street in Bristol Borough.
