Detectives took a new look at the 2017 death of a boy whose identical twin brother was killed in late 2018.

The Bucks County District Attorney’s Office confirmed a second look was given at the July 2017 death of Dylan Warner, who died at 4 months old, after his brother was killed inside a Falls Township apartment last December. The coroner’s official cause of death for Dylan was Sudden Infant Death Syndrome, defined by experts as the unexplained death of a seemingly healthy baby less than a year old.

Dylan’s untimely passing was an “an unexplained tragedy, but not a homicide,” district attorney’s office spokesperson James O’Malley told LevittownNow.com.

An arrest was made Wednesday in the death of Dylan’s twin brother 22-month-old Brandon Warner, who died last December 18. Shawn Robert Felmey, 45, the boyfriend of the twin’s mother, was arrested in Florida on a Bucks County criminal homicide warrant that alleged he was to blame for causing Brandon’s serious head trauma that led to his death.

Brandon and Dylan had six brothers and sisters. The childrens’ mother did not return a request for comment.
