White, according to court papers, was involved with broadcasting live video via the Periscope app that showed the 16-year-old girl in violent and erotic poses. There were also images of the girl exposing her breasts and in a bra while a handgun was brandished by White.
“The intent of the video streaming was to solicit potential online viewers who were seeking to purchase additional videos and images involving [the girl] posing in a similar nature,” a detective wrote.

The girl also showed investigators what appeared to be injuries on her neck consistent with being strangled, police said.
After the first conversation with police, White allegedly showed up at the girl’s home and attempted to make “discreet contact” with her but left before officers arrived.
The girl spoke with police in April and early May.

White was arraigned before Senior District Judge Joanne Kline and sent to the county prison on 10 percent of $250,000 bail.
