
A police SUV struck a car from a famed sports and racing car manufacturer over the weekend.
A Tullytown officer on patrol was driving along Shadetree Lane in the Levittown section of the borough around 5:15 a.m. Saturday when he slammed into the parked red sports car.

A photo of the crash sent to LevittownNow.com showed the low-to-the-ground sports car with significant damage to its rear and side. The police car was not badly damaged in the slow-speed crash.
Police Chief Daniel Doyle confirmed the crash happened, adding the officer was unhurt.
