Police Lt. Steve Forman said the man allegedly fired a gun in an apartment occupied by two pre-teen girls and an older man. The older man and one of the girls were able to escape.
Once police arrived, the 41-year-old man walked out and surrendered to officers pretty quickly, Forman said.
No one was injured.
