
The First Bank branch near the Five Points intersection has closed.
Workers were removing equipment and signage from the building in the 7200 block of New Falls Road in Bristol Township’s Levittown section on Friday afternoon. The bank abuts the Bucks County Lower Government Center property.

A message requesting comment was left with the bank’s central office in New Jersey, but the call was not returned as of Friday evening.
The New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance reported that the bank filed notice of closure with their office in December. In the notice, First Bank noted the branch would be closing by March 15.
First Bank has numerous branches in New Jersey and still operates locations in Bensalem, Doylestown Borough, and Warminster.

First Bank acquired the Levittown branch after their merger with Doylestown-based Bucks County Bank closed in early 2018.
