The Middletown Board of Supervisors accepted the donation of vacant land last month.
The donation was for a one-half acre of land on Artemis Avenue off of Old Lincoln Highway, across from Our Lady of Grace Cemetery.

The vacant lot was owned by a family trust and sits adjacent to open space already owned to the township.
The lot is not home to any structures and has no existing liens on the property.
