The 18-year-old was arraigned before District Judge Jan Vislosky on Valentine’s Day evening on multiple charges of  manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver; criminal use of a communication facility; possession of a controlled substance; and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was jailed on 10 percent of $800,000 bail.

According to Middletown police, Allen had been monitored for some time and sold and delivered heroin to residents in Lower Bucks County.

During a planned undercover buy last Thursday, Allen was nabbed by officers. Across the river, New Jersey law enforcement then used a tactical team to raid the Trenton home where he lived, police said.

At the Trenton residence, investigators recovered 33 bricks of heroin, which equals more than 1,700-plus doses, that Allen intended to sell, police said.

Allen had sold more than 200 doses of heroin to undercover officers during the investigation, which stemmed from a previous drug probe that led to arrests, police said.

The investigation involved officers from Bristol Borough, Falls Township, Middletown, and the Bucks County Detectives. The Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office Drug Task Force also played a big role in the arrest.

Police said they would continue “interdicting the flow of heroin in Lower Bucks County from the source city of Trenton.”
