A 51-year-old man was accused of smashing out the windows to a vehicle parked at the Bellevue Court Apartments. The 51-year-old man was reported to have left multiple voice calls to the victim withย explicit language and threats.

October 24

DUI

A 33-year-old man was arrested for DUI after he was found to be in his vehicleย partially blocking traffic in the 300 block of West Lincoln Highway. The 33-year-old man had the smell ofย alcoholic beverage upon his breath and person. He was unable to perform his field sobriety test.

A 24-year-old woman was arrested after she failed to stop for a red light atย Bellevue Avenue and Lincoln Highway. The odor or marijuana was coming from the woman’s vehicle. She admitted to havingย marijuana and paraphernalia in her vehicle.

An officer spotted a silver vehicleย in the area of Hulmeville Ave and Lincoln Highway driving at a slow speed and showing evidence of a recent accident. The 25-year-old woman behind the wheel had theย odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from her breath and person. While stopped, the officer received word there was a nearby hit-and-run crash.ย ย A comparison of the damaged vehicle and the 25-year-old woman’s vehicle indicated that she did strike the parked car and left the scene. The woman was unable to complete the field sobriety testing.
