Man Pronounced Dead After Crash In Bristol Twp.

A man who was found to be unresponsive at the scene of a crash Sunday evening never regained consciousness, according to authorities.

Authorities were called for a crash happened around 5 p.m. at the intersection of New Falls Road and Wistar Road in Bristol Township for a 2013 Hyundai Sonata that collided with a 2019 Jeep Cherokee.

The Cherokee was stopped southbound on Wister Road at the intersection when the Hyundai traveled from the westbound lanes of New Falls Road and hit the Jeep, police said.

The 58-year-old man who was driving the Hyundai was found to be unresponsive and rushed by medics to a local hospital. He was pronounced dead at the hospital, police said.

The 55-year-old man who was behind the wheel of the Jeep was unhurt and a female passenger was evaluated at a local hospital, police said.
