Between noon and 2:30 p.m., a cell phone was taken from the 5900 block of Route 13. The value of the theft was $150.

Two women entered a store in the 8500 block of New Falls Road and were trying on Halloween costumes. The clerk discovered the packaging empty and the two costumes were missing. The value of the theft was $100.

A 22-year-old Bensalem woman was arrested on a local warrant in the 2500 block of Bath Road at 2:20 p.m. She was arraigned by a district judge and bail was set at 10 percent of $50,000.
