A woman and her three dogs escaped injury after her car crashed into a drainage ditch.
The one-vehicle crash tied up traffic on Veterans Highway (Route 413) between State Road and the Burlington-Bristol Bridge in Bristol Township. Responders were called to the scene around 7:30 a.m. and traffic remained backed up past 9 a.m.

A tow crew removed the car from the water-filled ditch. Water and mud leaked from the car as it was loaded on the tow truck.
Bristol Township Fire Police managed traffic at the scene.
