
Middletown police allege that a Levittown man was caught with suspected drugs and drug paraphernalia.
According to court papers, a patrol officer spotted a Toyota Rav4 with inoperable registration plate lamps and conducted a traffic stop in the parking lot of the Wawa on Oxford Valley Road around 3 a.m. last Saturday.

As the officer walked up to the passenger-side of the vehicle, he spotted a bag of suspected crystal methamphetamine and he removed the driver, identified as Paul Morgan Montgomery, 32.
An uncapped hypodermic needle was found in Montgomery’s left-front cargo pocket, police said.
Officers conducted a search of Montgomery’s vehicle and found scales, a razor blade, a cannabinoids crunch bar, green plastic baggies, a glass smoking pipe, and a glass jar with white crystal residue, police said.

Montgomery was arraigned by last Saturday morning by on-call District Judge Leonard Brown on charges of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver; intent to possess a controlled substance; use/possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10 percent of $75,000.
