A Montgomery County man has been accused of inappropriately touching underage girls at Target stores in Middletown and Warrington.
According to court papers, Scott Francis Raila, 41, of Horsham, was arrested Monday afternoon and arraigned before District Judge Daniel Finello on three counts of indecent assault on underage persons and corruption of minors.

Authorities said Raila groped a 13-year-old girl and 15-year-old girl in the rear at the Target on Easton Road (Route 611) in Warrington last Thursday.
On Monday morning, Raila allegedly touched the rear of a 12-year-old at the Target on East Lincoln Highway in Middletown.

KYW Newsradio reported that Raila came forward to speak with Warrington police after they released surveillance images online and to the media Monday.
According to dockets, Raila was free on bail at the time of the alleged incidents in Middletown and Warrington on invasion of privacy, child porn, and possession of an instrument of crime charges out of Horsham. He was free on $50,000 unsecured bail in that case and awaiting trial.

On Monday afternoon, Finello set Raila’s bail at 10 percent of $100,000 bail. The 41 year old was unable to post the amount and was sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility in Doylestown.
