Falls Township has authorized the reconstruction of several roadways.
The township supervisors voted unanimously to award the 2018 road program to General Asphalt Paving Company Inc. in the amount of $2,207,644.40, which officials noted is $300,000 under the amount earmarked in the 2018 budget.

The reconstruction of roadways will begin toward the end of August and continue through the end of 2018, according to Township Engineer Jim Sullivan.
Share Drive, the remaining portion of Walton Drive, and a section of Lions Drive between Share Drive and Walton Drive are on the list for reconstruction.
