Guide rail repair work will take place on Route 1 and I-95 this week.
According to PennDOT, there will be a left lane closure in both directions along Route 1 between Maple Avenue (Route 213) in Middletown and Street Road in Bensalem Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. so repair work can be completed.

Guide rail repairs will also take place on I-95 in Middletown and Lower Makefield Monday through Friday from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. The work will cause intermittent lane closures, PennDOT officials said.
In addition to the guide rail repairs, the I-95 repaving project will continue between Academy Road in Philadelphia and the Newtown Exit in Lower Makefield.
