39-Year-Old Man Struck & Killed Along Route 13

A Bristol Borough man was killed when he was struck by a vehicle early Saturday morning.

The 39-year-old Bristol Borough man was struck by a vehicle driven by a 67-year-old Bristol Township woman in the northbound lanes of the 5000 block of Route 13, according to police.

The location of the 3:18 a.m. crash sits between Beaver Dam Road and the Pennsylvania Turnpike

The man was struck in an area that does not have a pedestrian crossing, police said.

The 67-year-old driver of the striking vehicle remained at the scene and is cooperating with police.

Members of the Bristol Township Fire Police, Bucks County Rescue Squad, and Third District Fire Company assisted officers at the scene.
