Middletown is rolling out a Citizen Summer School starting this month.
The new program from the township will present three workshops that are open to residents at no cost. In addition, the township will offer light refreshments and provide babysitting services to attendees.

The first session is titled Internet Privacy and Security for Seniors. It will take place Thursday, June 28 at 4:30 p.m. at the Municipal Center and feature representatives from the police department, Comcast, Verizon, and the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office.
The second session will be on Thursday, July 26 at 6:30 p.m. and tackle the topic of environmental sustainability. Residents will learn about how they can help the environment and make the community more sustainable.
The final session will take place at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 16. The session will be focused on reducing residents’ energy footprints while cutting down on the cost of energy bills.
