When police approached Mayne, he was holding a ZTE phone, a wallet, and a large white brick that police believed to contain heroin, according to court papers.

When the officer asked Mayne what he had bought, he replied “dope,” police said.

Mayne turned over the package, which contained 140 wax folds containing suspected heroin, court papers stated.
