At some point, the Virginia man chucked an unknown object at the New Jersey man’s car and caused damage, state police said.

Once both vehicles stopped at the red light, the Virginia man got out of his vehicle and struck the New Jersey man in the face, state police said.

Troopers plan to charge the Virginia man with criminal mischief and harassment.
