Bristol Borough High School Graduates 68 Seniors

Bristol Borough High School held its graduation ceremony on Tuesday evening, celebrating the graduation of 68 students.

The ceremony began with a tribute to the late school board member Kelly Cochran, who passed away from cancer last week. 

Bristol Borough School District Superintendent Thomas Shaffer spoke to the graduating class by urging them to keep learning and growing. Instead of getting frustrated and intimidated by failure, Shaffer suggested the students use those experiences to grow.

“Each and every one of you has unlimited potential to learn and grow,” Shaffer said.

Comparing high school to a maze, class valedictorian Kayla Ruiz reflected upon the uncertainty many students face as they progress through their school career.

“We’ve reached the end of one chapter of our lives, and prepare to open another,” said Ruiz.
