A joint investigation between numerous law enforcement agencies has led to a Philadelphia man being collared.
Police said 33-year-old Johnny Tony Cooper was arrested after he allegedly made multiple trips in January from Philadelphia to Bristol Township to sell heroin, methamphetamine, and a handgun with an obliterated serial number.

Cooper unknowingly sold the drugs and handgun to an undercover officer, police said.
Cooper was arrested during a car stop in Philadelphia last Friday and transferred to the custody of Falls Township police.
Cooper was charged with possession of a prohibited firearm, possession of a firearm with altered manufacturer number, firearms not to be carried without a license, possession with intent to distribute, criminal use of a communication facility and related offenses. He was arraigned last Saturday morning by on-call District Judge Mark Douple and sent to prison unable to post 10 percent of $500,000 bail.

The investigation that netted Cooper involved Bristol Borough, Bristol Township, Falls Township, and Middletown police. The Bucks County Detectives Narcotics Strike Force and Pennsylvania State Police also assisted.
