Bristol Borough Street Sweeping Begins In Early April

While the weather warms, more towns are getting ready for their regular street sweeping regiments.

Street sweeping in Bristol Borough is scheduled to begin on April 5 and 6. Regular sweepings will continue throughout the summer and into the fall. The final sweep of the season will happen on the Friday before Thanksgiving, explained Borough Manager James Dillon.

The public should follow no parking signs in the borough, especially when the sweepers are running. Tickets for cars parked illegally during sweep sessions are currently $15, the borough website explains.
