An event in support of the Bucks County Suicide Prevention Task Force will be held this April at the Bucks County Technical High School in Bristol Township.
The #HoldOnYouMatter Walk to Fight Suicide will kickoff with a 10 a.m. on April 22 walk to bring fundraising and awareness of suicide prevention.

“The significance of this walk is that it is proof of our community linking arms to educate ourselves, extending the resources of help for those struggling, and allowing a place for grief to be shared,” said Commissioner Diane Ellis-Marseglia. “As we approach our 3rd walk I am amazed how far we have come in increasing awareness of the facts related to suicide, gathering funds through donations, and showing our combined community strength in this coordinated effort.”
In the past, the walk has raised thousands of dollars to fund suicide prevention efforts.
